This comes after he expressed his discontent with the recent comments made by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, AGF Abubakar Malami, ahead of the state’s governorship election on November 6.
Malami had previously stated that due to the recent outbreak of violence in the state, the Federal Government may declare a state of emergency in order to ensure that the election takes place on the planned date.
The Anambra State government reacted angrily, pointing out that despite the amount of violence in some northern areas, elections were still taking place without a State of Emergency proclamation.
