PDP Governors Meets In Bauchi.

The governors elected under the plateform of the Peoples Democratic party has joined their Bauchi state counterpart to inaugurate some projects executed by the Governor.

This was confirmed by the Akwa Ibom State Governor through a post on his Facebook page.

He said “In the spirit of love and solidarity, we, the Governors elected under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) graced the inauguration ceremony of the new Bauchi Governor’s office and Government House annex currently being constructed by our brother and colleague, His Excellency, Senator Bala Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi State.

“It is heartwarming to see PDP Governors deliver on their mandates across the nation.

However, the governors may have used the opportunity to have a meeting about some issues of concern to them.

The Cable News had reported that the governors were going to meet in Bauchi today.

According to the report, the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the health of Nigeria’s democracy. Other issues they may have discussed include; a change to the electoral act, constitutional alterations bills pending before the national assembly etc.

They may have also discussed about the current state of the nation and the state of their respective states at this meeting and discuss it.
