No Sign of Sit-At-Home in Imo.
According to reports, many Imo State residents went about their daily business as usual on Monday, as the state’s sit-at-home order appeared to be non existent For the first time in two months.
While vehicles, tricycles, and okada riders clogged the roads, activity exploded in business centers, gas stations, markets, popular eateries, artisans, and the hospitality industry.

Armed police officers, however, continued to patrol some of Owerri’s major roads.This is in addition to the Nigerian Police Force helicopter that was hovering over the city.
An Owerri resident who Spoke with our said he went to his place of work on Monday. However, he couldn’t confirm if the banks in Owerri were opened for business.
A roadside artisan in the Orsu Local Government Area, who gave his name simply as Nwachinemere, lauded the new development, adding, “Sitting at home can never be the solution.”
