Outrage on twitter as Lai Mohammed says that FG cannot persecute Kidnappers.

Angry Nigerias has gone on twitter to express there anger at a statement credited to Nigeria’s Minister of information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.

The minister had in a press conference on Tuesday said that Kidnapping and banditry were not federal offences.

This statement doesn’t seem to have gone down well with many Nigerians.

As matter of fact, the name Lai Mohammed is currently trending on Twitter.
