“We can’t stop the Convention of the PDP”-Court of Appeal Tells Secondus.
The appeal of the suspended national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, Uche Secondus, seeking an interim injunction to prevent the PDP from holding its national convention on Saturday and Sunday, October 30 and 31, 2021, in Abuja, has been dismissed by an Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt.
The appeal, submitted on October 14, 2021, was dismissed by a three-member panel for lack of merit.

Justice Gabriel Kolawale read the decision, which was unanimously supported by the other two members of the panel.
