“Russia will pay a severe price if they use chemical Weapons”- Joe Biden
US President Joe Biden has warned Russia that it will pay a “heavy price” if it uses chemical weapons in Ukraine.
His warning comes after White House press secretary Jen Psaki stated on March 9 that Russia could use chemical weapons in Ukraine or stage a “false flag” operation involving them.
In response to what she called Russia’s false claims that the US was developing chemical weapons in Ukraine, she tweeted, “Now that Russia has made these false claims, and China appears to have endorsed them, we should all be on the lookout for Russia to use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine, or to stage a false flag operation using them. There’s a clear pattern here.”

“I’m not going to speak about the intelligence, but Russia will pay a severe price if they use chemicals,” Biden told CNN’s Arlette Saenz on Friday.
