IPOB Declares Sit-at-home Every Monday Until Nnamdi Kanu is Released.
If its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is not released, the Indigenous People of Biafra, or IPOB, has threatened to ruin Nigeria’s economy.
The Vanguard reports that Emma Powerful, the group’s Media and Publicity Secretary, has also proclaimed an indefinite sit-at-home every Monday until Kanu is released.
According to Kanu’s lawyer, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor, Kanu was kidnapped in Kenya and hauled back to Nigeria after reportedly jumping bail.
However, the Nigerian Government explained how NNAMDI KANU was been Arrested.
