Father Mbaka Obeys as Church Authorities Suspends Mass at Adoration Ground.

Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, the fiery Enugu Catholic Priest, has complied with the Bishop of the Diocese’s order to close his Adoration Ministry following his comments against Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi.

The cleric issued a statement to his followers via the Ministry’s official Facebook page, informing them that programs would no longer be held in the Ministry.

The statement reads: “Dear Adorers, there will be no programme starting from tomorrow being 19th June 2022 at Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria Amen, Umuchigbo Emene, Enugu State.

“Sunday Mass, Wednesday (E No Dey) And Night Programs will not hold till further notice.

“God bless Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria Amen and God Bless Our Spiritual Director, Rev Fr, Ejike Mbaka. Keep praying for Our Daddy and may God bless you.”

Why Masses was suspended at Adoration Ground

The Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Bishop Calistus Onaga had banned the Catholic faithful from attending Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka’s Adoration Ministry.

This came following Mbaka’s recent comments against the Labour Party’s Presidential candidate, Obi, whom he referred to as a “stingy man.” 

Father Mbaka had apologized for his comments, claiming that his comments were misunderstood.

However, his apology seemed appeared to be baseless. It might interest you to know that the last time father Mbaka apologized for his comments, he leta came out to allege that he was literally forced to make the apology.
