The managing director, Port Harcourt water corporation Ibibia Walter has commended the out come of Saturdays local government election in the state.

Ibibia Walter in an interview who described the election as a noncompetitive election said electorate still coordinated themselves in an orderly manner.

He said in Okrika local government, voters came out enmasse to vote for their candidates.
