DSS invites a lady for Protesting Against Bandits Attacks.

Reports say that The States Security Service, SSS, has invited one of the conveners of the #NoMoreBloodShed protest in Kano, Zainab Nasir Ahmed.

Following the gruesome killing of over 42 passengers on a bus in Sokoto, the protest was organized to draw the attention of the government to the escalating insecurity in the North.

Ms Ahmed confirmed the invitation to DAILY NIGERIAN, stating that she was on her way to accept it. “They just called me and said that my presence was required at the DSS office as a result of the protest we held today.”

“As a law-abiding citizen, I am on my way to honor the invitation,” Ms Ahmed told DAILY NIGERIAN.

Some youths had yesterday taken to the streets of several Northern cities in protest of the region’s widespread killings.
